In honor of the new “Street Fighter” film coming to theaters this weekend, Eric’s Bad Movies at Film.com today addresses the first “Street Fighter” film, released in 1994, back before everyone had caught on to the fact that video-game-based movies are always terrible. It stars Jean-Claude Van Damme, though that’s the least of its problems.
